2. What this site does

unvibe.org is a static website that provides information about the unvibe workshop. The site does not use cookies and has no user accounts. It measures visits with a cookieless analytics tool (see section 4).

3. Hosting

This website is hosted on GitHub Pages, a service provided by GitHub, Inc. (a subsidiary of Microsoft Corporation), 88 Colin P Kelly Jr St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.

When you visit this site, GitHub may process your IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer URL, and timestamp as part of server log files. This processing is necessary to deliver the website and is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). GitHub's privacy statement is available at docs.github.com.

GitHub, Inc. is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which provides an adequate level of data protection for transfers of personal data from the EU to the US.

4. Analytics

We use PostHog, provided by PostHog, Inc. (USA), to count visits and see which pages and buttons are used. The data is stored on PostHog's servers in the EU (Frankfurt).

PostHog runs in cookieless mode on this site. It sets no cookies and writes nothing to your browser's storage. To tell visits apart, PostHog's servers compute an anonymous hash. PostHog records the page visited, the referrer URL, campaign parameters in the URL, browser, operating system, device type, and approximate location. We also count clicks on the booking buttons, guide downloads, one-pager downloads, the prepared email to your manager, and newsletter sign-ups.

This processing is based on our legitimate interest in understanding how visitors find and use this site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Transfers of personal data to PostHog, Inc. in the USA are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

5. External links

This site links to third-party services (Cal.com for booking calls, LinkedIn for instructor profiles). When you follow these links, you leave unvibe.org and are subject to those services' own privacy policies. We have no control over their data processing.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
